Club der Visionäre Appeals for Return of Tomas Station’s Stolen Hard Drive
Berlin venue Club der Visionäre has made a public appeal for the return of Tomas Station’s stolen hard drive, which was taken from the DJ booth on Sunday night (August 3).
The appeal was shared by the club on Monday, August 4, asking via an Instagram story for anyone with information to come forward, or anyone who “has it in their possession” to "facilitate its return".
"Whether intentional, haphazardly or by mistake, we hope anyone who has it in their possession or has any information regarding this will contact us directly to facilitate its return as soon as possible to our office,” they wrote.
The incident occurred on Sunday, August 3, during a DiscoSourMachine event featuring the Bogotá-born, New York-based DJ and producer, alongside Ponura, himeee, Yellow Fever, and more.
The club didn’t disclose what was on the hard drive – nor did Tomas Station. The club asked anyone with information to message them on Instagram, or email [email protected].
"Club der Visionäre strives to create an intimate and free space for artists to express themselves and the audience to enjoy and share in the music together," the venue said.
"We trust all who join us to respect and understand our values, rooted in deep love of music and the connection it creates,” they added.
In June, The Menendez Brothers put out a plea for the return of a stolen DJ bag containing USBs with “years of collected music” and unreleased tracks, which was taken from the DJ booth just “minutes” after their performance at London nightclub fabric had begun.
Just a few weeks later, DJ Hell called for information on the whereabouts of a stolen bag, which carried his USB containing music, as well as personal items. The bag was stolen in Milan.
